History:


Carrick is steeped in history and sign posted walking tours of the town allow us to discover its interesting historical buildings. Historic buildings are the "Carrick Castle", the Workhouse and Famine Graveyard, Hatley Manor (a restored Georgian period home of the St. George Family), St George's Church of Ireland and the Costello Chapel.

Murtagh's Bar with its unique layout spread out over three levels it has succeeded in offering an exciting new venue for all age groups and all music tastes.
