It's an enthralling city that offers a lot of options to stag revellers. It's the home of 153 museums, 50 theatres and the 'Currywurst' sausage. Berlin is also relatively cheap and cheerful.

History and Culture:

It's been twenty ' odd years since the wall came down, and since that time Berlin has been a flourishing city since the time it was reunited. There is a wide range of activity for the arty creative types. Berlin is a friendly, welcoming city with amazing architecture and fun night life.

Getting Around:

Berlin's public transport consists of buses, trams, the U-Bahn (subway), the S-Bahn (light rail), regionalbahn (RB) and Regional Express (RE) trains and ferries. This is an excellent travel system that is quite reliable.

Things To Do:

Berling has stacks of places to see and activities to do. You can take in the amazing views of Berlin from the top of the Reichstag, the German federal parliament building! You can also visit the world famous DDR museum and experience what life was like on the other side of the Iron Curtain.

Nightlife:

Berlin has had some excellent night time hotspots that have emerged over the last couple of years. You can try Bar 25 which has a trance club, restaurant, outdoor cinema and spa with a sauna. You can try Berghain or the Panorama Bar ' a wild electro club which is set in a disued power station and you can find a wide selection of house music upstairs. Downstairs has more of a techno feel to it. In Berlin you will probably find the most exciting nightlife for any stag party occasion. The best areas for nightlife are Mitte, Prenzlauer Bar and Friedrichshain as you will find small and hip nightclubs in these areas and clubs to meet any kind of music taste you have.

Food/ Restaurants:

Dining in Berlin is a pleasure, especialy if you are a meat lover. German meats are some of the best in the world. You could also try the 'Schlemmerbuffte', the best Doner Kebab shop in Berlin. Why not try some of the 'authentic Berlin Beerhouses, served by beer maids in the traditional 'picnic table style' of seating. The Kunstliche Beatmung has a wide selection of drinks to set your evening off to a fine start with an 80's D.J. Hugo's ' This is Berlin's best gourmet restaurants. Serves seafood and views of the city are astounding Latter and Wegner ' It's been serving traditional Bavarian fare since 1811 and a better schnitzel you will not find anywhere!

Overview:

Berlin is the German capital and has an absolutely exciting nightlife. By day it has some real cultural delights with some of the finest art galleries in the world. You can go on a bicycle, pedal around the city and have a beer. You can also do this on a horse drawn bar crawl.
