Railways – Aberdeen Railway Station is part of the main UK rail network and has direct trains to major cities such as Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness. 

Roads – There are six major roads in and out of the city which are: the A90, the A96, the A93, the A944, the A92 and the A947.
