Bring old trainers, swimwear, shorts, towel and a change of clothes. Your clothes and shoes will get wet, so if you want to bring a change of clothes that's fine. Locally sourced packed lunches are available for 6 pounds per person and must be booked in advance. The choice of second activity (kayaking, surfing or abseiling) is subject to weather and availability on the day.

Wear rubber-soled shoes (no heels please). You should bring waterproofs along with plenty of warm layers as it can get very cold out on the water. It is impossible to guarantee dolphin or whale sightings, but the vast majority of trips do encounter plenty of marine and bird life.
