Additional Information
The ancient art of fishing is simple in its own and a relaxing pass time for many the skills involved are practical while still being a lot of fun. This half day experience at the beautiful Hillend Loch in Scotland is brilliant for the lesser experienced anglers who want to get a better grip of the fishing essentials. An experienced fishing guide will set up the equipment, and your ready to cast,while they provide practical advice and assistance throughout the session. Full equipment is provided, as well as a fishing permit and bait an tackle. Hopefully the fish will get biting,it'll be clear why so many people get hooked on this universally sport.
Availability
Selected days (usually Sundays around once or twice a month) throughout the season (15 March - 30 September 2013).
Participant Guidelines
Budding anglers aged 18 or over with little fishing experience are welcome. Participants must be of reasonable health and fitness so they can wade in the river or walk on the banks.
Weather
This experience is weather dependent, please call the venue before setting out.
Duration
Lasts for up to four hours.
Numbers On Day
Share the session with up to six other participants.
Dress Code
Dress for the weather on the day, usually with waterproofs, a jacket, hat, sunglasses and sun block in summer.
Other Info
Full equipment including a rod, reel and tackle (for both bait fishing and fly fishing) is provided.
