Availability
Selected weekend dates between May and October. Please take note that group bookings of 4+, there may be extra dates available so check with us for more information.

Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 10 but any participants under 16 must bring a parent/guardian as a spectator. Anyone taking part must be able to swim a min. length of 25 meters without help and will have to sign a fitness declaration form on the day.

Weather
Cancellations are rare and conditions shouldn't affect this experience, although weather on the day will determine the best location. For health and safety reasons, if instructors feel that conditions are not satisfactory, you will be given a voucher so you can redeem it for a different time.

Duration
Lasts around two hours.

Numbers On Day
Numbers on the day vary but are split into groups with a maximum of eight people per instructor.

Spectators
Spectators are welcome to watch from the beach.

Dress Code
Please bring a swimming costume, towel, waterproof sun block, sunglasses and clothing (suitable for weather on the day)

Other Info
Lunch is not included but there is a good pub and a burger van nearby. We will be sending you a booklet which will contain a health confirmation form and a complete guide to accommodation nearby. This should arrive to you roughly 1 week before your booked date. Call us asap if you have not received the pack before your date
