Availability
Selected weekends from April to November, approximately two dates a month. For group bookings of four or more some extra dates may be available so feel free to check with us.

Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 10 but any participants under 16 must bring a parent/guardian as a spectator. Participants should be able to swim a minimum of 25 metres unaided and will be asked to sign a fitness declaration on the day.

Weather
Coasteering might be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions which could make it dangerous. Feel free to call the venue if in any doubt.

Duration
Lasts for approximately two and half hours, including travel and changing time.

Numbers On Day
Numbers on the day vary but there will be a minimum of four people taking part.

Spectators
Spectators are welcome; viewing is possible from the coast path which lines the cliff tops.

Dress Code
Please bring swimwear, a towel, a pair of old trainers or wetsuit boots, waterproof sun block, and a warm change of clothes. A buoyancy aid, helmet and wetsuit will be provided.

Other Info
Lunch is not included but there is a good pub and a burger van nearby. You will receive a full information pack which includes an accommodation guide, a week before the booked date. Feel free to call us if the pack is not received.
