Additional Information
With a fully qualified instructor on hand & a traditional bow in hand you will be taught the basics to archery. You will receive one-on-one instruction at one of the top shooting clubs for archery in the UK & a sufficient supply of arrows will also be provided. You'll be amazed how little time it takes for you to hit your first bullseye! Its fantastic to experience the drawing back of the bow & following your projectile as it silently homes in on its target. Tea & coffee facilities are provided on the day & there is an on-site restaurant & bar if you wish to have a well deserved meal or pint. (payable on day) Come on down for some archery in Bedfordshire!
Availability
Operates every day of the week including bank holidays. Closed Christmas, Boxing and New Year's Days.
Participant Guidelines
The minimum age begins at 12. Anyone who is 16 or under must be accompanied by a spectating adult. As the venue has full wheelchair access, disabled participants are more than welcome (please advise details at the point of booking).
Weather
The experience will run in almost any weather conditions. Please be sure to call ahead if you have any concerns on the day.
Duration
Your experience lasts for an hour but please allow an additional fifteen minutes for bow fitting and briefing. You are also very welcome to stay on-site for the remainder of the day.
Numbers On Day
There will be others shooting at the venue on the same day.
Spectators
There are safe areas for spectators who are also welcome to frequent the clubhouse and adjoining patio. Pets are not permitted on-site for safety reasons.
Dress Code
Please dress with the vagaries of the British weather in mind for this outdoor experience. We would strongly recommend warm layers in which you can move freely.

This archery club is a member of the BASC (British Association for Shooting and Conservation).
