Availability
Seven days a week all year round, subject to availability. Excludes Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Participant Guidelines
Maximum fully-clothed weight is 14 stone. Minimum age is 16 and under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who'll be required to sign a disclaimer. Women who are pregnant may not be able fly, please contact for details.
Weather
Any cancellations due to weather will be re-booked for another date or time. It is ESSENTIAL to call the venue from 8am on the morning of the experience to confirm it is going ahead.
Duration
The flight will last for approximately one hour, but please allow for longer at the venue.
Numbers On Day
The briefing might be shared, but the flight will be held on a one-to-one basis with a qualified microlight flight instructor.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome to come along and watch take off and land.
Dress Code
Most microlights have open cockpits, so wrap up warm. Please be sure to bring sensible shoes (no heels) and gloves.
Other Info
Flying time can count towards a microlight Private Pilot's Licence, for which 15 hours of dual control and 10 hours solo flying is needed to qualify. Please also be aware that this is quite a high adrenaline experience, this isn't for the faint hearted.
