Availability
Seven days a week throughout the year (except weekends between June and August and the whole of December, as the animals are often prebooked with Christmas work).

Participant Guidelines
The minimum age is starts at 16. The Maximum weight stops at 14 stone. If you have ever suffered from back or neck problems, please seek medical advice before booking - it can be a bumpy ride. You will be asked to complete a disclaimer before taking part.

Weather
The experience generally goes ahead in conditions other than heavy rain and where ground and/or grass is muddy. You will be contacted if a late cancellation proves necessary due to inclement weather.

Duration
Your experience will last for three hours in total.

Numbers On Day
There'll be up to four people taking part, plus instructors.

Spectators
You are welcome to bring up to two guests to join you on the walk.

Dress Code
Wear good walking shoes or trainers. Bring sunscreen in hot weather and waterproofs in rainy conditions.
