With this package you will get a chance to photograph lounging lions, tigers and get close ups of cheetahs and jaguars. This is the experience of a life time for anyone who loves big cats and wants to make the most of their camera. Class takes place in either South Lakes Wild Animal Park in Cumbria or Marwell Wildlife in Hampshire, both are large parks housing different big cats including tigers, lions, snow leopards, cheetahs and jaguars. Learn from experienced host about all the camera settings that can enhance outdoor photography and use the zoom to get close shots while keeping a safe distance. There will be a break for food, plus a summary at the end to review what you have learned.
Availability
Weekdays once a month all year round at South Lakes Wild Animal Park and weekday evenings from May to July at Marwell Wildlife.
Participant Guidelines
The minimum age limit for participants is 16.
Weather
The course may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, icy conditions or severe rain showers). Please contact the venue if you have any doubts.
Duration
Lasts between four and a half to five hours.
Numbers On Day
There will be up to nine other participants on the day.
Spectators
Unsuitable for spectators.
Dress Code
Much of the experience will take place outdoors, so please dress appropriately and wear suitable footwear.
Other Info
The course trainers are all hand-picked working photographers who share a passion for photography. Please note, participants must bring and be able to carry their own cameras and equipment comfortably.
