Availability
This activity is available seven days a week throughout the round excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's.

Participant Guidelines
Maximum fully-clothed weight is 14 stone. Minimum age is 16 and under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who'll be required to sign a disclaimer. Women who are either the first month or the last three months of pregnancy cannot fly.

Weather
Any cancellations due to weather will be re-booked for another date or time. It is ESSENTIAL to call the venue from 8am on the morning of the experience to confirm it is going ahead.

Duration
The flight will last for approximately one hour, but please allow for longer at the venue.

Numbers On Day
The briefing might be shared, but the flight will be held on a one-to-one basis with a qualified microlight flight instructor.

Spectators
Spectators are welcome to come along and watch take off and land. A camera and a pair of binoculars will be useful.

Dress Code
A lot of microlights have open cockpits and you are encouraged to wrap up warm. You should also wear sensible shoes and gloves. Sunblock is recommended in summer and sunglasses are recommended all year round.

Other Info
Flying time can count towards a microlight Private Pilot's Licence, for which 15 hours of dual control and 10 hours solo flying is needed to qualify. We ask that you be aware that this a high adrenaline experience and is not for the faint of heart.
